The cosy and romantic suite on the first floor of the villa (32.58 m²) has access to a small balcony (1 m²).

The room is decorated in cheerful green tones and furnished with the best quality fabrics and furniture. These give the suite a special charm that is carried by an intimate and romantic atmosphere.

Clement Menci Crncic was a Croatian artist who lived in Lovran for many years. He was one of the main founders of graphic art in Croatia.
